Orders
Work is available as it is made. All work sold is made-to-order, hence immediate availability is usually not possible. However it is always worth trying to find out where the studio is with work in process, as it sometimes happens that one calls on the day that we're making the form one wants.
Delivery for orders runs around 6-8 weeks. It is wise to e-mail early if holiday season is near. Please be aware that the work is handmade by Prentice alone and that gratification is not as immediate as, say, a hamburger.
In addition, we are represented by fine galleries throughout the United States. E-mail us for a location near your home or travel destination.
Payment-
We accept as pre-payment, business, personal, and cashier's checks. We also accept C.O.D. orders with the same form of payment.
We do not believe in the use of credit cards, and therefore will not accept them.
Shipping-
Shipping charges are 8% for ground shipment within the continental U.S. and determined per order for all others.

Please note color numbers are actual # we and our suppliers use. We inscribe all our work on the bottoms below the signature with this # The use of a dash indicates to us that we use a combination of the # shown and another similar hue to create the color glass we sell. Variation is not definite but assured one season to the next with the color blend.
